KW ASSOCIATE PLANNERS SDN BHD (KWAP) was instituted in 2003 as  a Registered Town and Regional Planning Consultant with the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. The Managing Director of KWAP formerly established and managed Dynaplan Consultant from 1996, a sole proprietorship in the business of town planning, and was also a business partner and manager of ML DESIGN SDN. BHD., an Australian based planning and design consultant.

This firm has had numerous experiences working for both the private and government sectors in project development and physical planning, strategic implementation plans as well as master planning and guideline formulation.
 
KWAP was instrumental in the formulation of development blueprints for the Northern Corridor Implementing Agency and the South Johore Economic Corridor, now called the Iskandar Region.  The firm has since then, prepared implementation blueprints accompanied by strategic business approaches and financial estimates.  For the private sector, KWAP has served many clients, both large and small, in delivering development proposals that are realistic, meeting market needs and implementable.
