Automotive Industrial Park Pekan

The development of this automotive industrial park (The Park) responded to ECERDC’s intention to accelerate growth in the automotive industry sector in Pahang. The park is proposed to be of high technology and environmental friendly. It aims to create a conducive and harmony ambiance by incorporating gated development and providing ample and functional public spaces. Often industrial park development in Malaysia lack in providing environmental friendly and high quality public spaces for active interactions among the workers, this project aimed to provide for better quality of working environment and at the same time promotes low carbon emission development.

The socio economic study investigates, review and analyze the proposed Kinrara Damansara Expressway to support the effort of the proposed expressway and to ensure feasibility of the project. Information on the land use and development patterns is crucial in providing solid recommendations on its land use zoning that comprehensively look into the social and economic impacts. The proposal is carefully designed to not contribute further to the existing congestion problem but rather is design to provide for a more intelligent solution to congestion that is able to minimize impacts of development towards the environment, social, physical and economic. 

Local Plan Precinct 5,6,20 Putrajaya

The local plan is prepared in continuation from the gazette Putrajaya Structural Plan 2025. To express the policies effectively, a local plan for the precinct 5,6, and 20 are prepared. It looked closely at the existing policies, evaluate site characteristics, consider closely the needs and demands of the population on housing, public infrastructure and utilities, commercial, urban design, environment, and transportation. It is aimed to create a place that is the hub of tourist attraction of international standard supported with commercial, quality housing, and sufficient infrastructure. The proposal is approached in a way that all elements are studied and understand with a sustainable way of thinking.

Project: Planning and Design Guideline for Industrial and Commercial Development

The proposed design guidelines are intended to promote high quality design that is responsive to its contextual setting. These guidelines outline Islandar Malaysia expectations with regard to the design of commercial and industrial development and are intended to assist property developer, residents, decision makers, and stakeholders in the consistent review and approval of commercial and industrial projects in Iskandar Malaysia. This guideline are also intended to provide IRDA with a comprehensive guideline to ensure that Islandar Malaysia a planned and developed in a sustainably way, following the principle of Low Carbon City and Smart Growth design criteria.

Diplomatic Enclave PH2

The proposal takes full consideration on shop office design requirements and context that suit the overall development ideology of the Diplomatic Enclave. It is designed to successfully integrate on all design aspects that lead to a grand scheme and to make it truly outstanding and unique globally. The development concept is approached with the intentions to celebrate the township gateway, create ‘ the heart’ of the township, enhance existing development, improve business needs, generate vibrant lively activities and promote sustainable design for the future.

The aim is realized by providing commercial office building that suited to the client’s requirements, offering responsive building design that is climatic sensitive, and to create a distinct image for a sense of belonging and camaraderie for the community.

ISMP Melaka

This project takes on a holistic measures in making sure that the plan successfully deliver a set of guidelines on the management of the shoreline in assisting the authorities with the long term planning for coastal management, development and protection of the Melaka coast. A land use strategic development plan and guidelines, recreational master plan for Pantai Putri, and social economic study are the deliverables demanded by the client. It takes into consideration the land use, settlement and population analysis, recreation and tourism, archeological and historical assessment, and legal and institutional assessment.

ISMP Penang

The lack of cohesive and integrated on the study and guidelines in managing the shorelines of Penang are the motivations to provide for the integrated shoreline management plan. The plan is successful in reducing the risks of coastal erosion, flooding and the protection over the coastal environment in making sure that the state government and various government departments or agencies make informed decisions with respect to coastal development projects. A holistic guideline that consider all aspects of shorelines management from engineering to land use, economics and environmental is instigated.

The proposal responded to the client’s needs to develop a prestige commercial district by identifying the rationales of development through comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of site characteristic. It is planned for 5 blocks of office buildings, 3 blocks of service apartments and 5 other commercial office podiums. The development are foresee to reinforce the sub urban conurbation between Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam, provide for higher economic returns, and consequently increase the quality of life of its inhabitants.

Not only will the development satisfy local economy needs by providing the right facilities and infrastructure, it also spill benefits to the immediate neighborhoods. By judging using through site analysis and by looking at the built up area of the site, the proposed development will beautify and add new identity to the place that further enhance Petaling Jaya’s view and vista towards the site.

The Putrajaya Garden City Concept inspires the concept of development; it takes the advantage of site orientation and frontage to the existing development, connectivity and the visuals vistas to the surrounding focal point of interest. The development is to provide a unique working environment and for that the layout is design to focus on to create a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. Most of the plots offer a courtyard and pedestrian plaza concept that will give a good environment in this development. To achieve a conducive work and play environment, the layout considers the inter-connecting spaces ample landscape spaces between each plots.
