MOHD PAUZI AB. RAZAK

Mohd. Pauzi has had 12 years of experience, most of it with KWA Planners. He is a senior director of the firm. Having already amassed a wealth of projects under his belt, Pauzi’s experience and knowhow belies his age. This graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia earned his stripes in KWA Planners through a series of high profile projects, including the planning of Pelan Tindakan Pembangunan Syahbandar, Pelan Tindakan Pembangunan Pusat Pentadbiran Bukit Besar for UPEN, Terengganu, Precinct 11 and Precinct 18 Masterplan for Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd in Putrajaya and Nusajaya Masterplan in Johor.
 

His expertise is in GIS, although much of his work is in the preparation of integrated development plans and physical planning including land conversion, layout sub-division, as well as erection of buildings.

MAZRINA DATO' ABDUL KHALID

Mazrina is a graduate from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia. She has also received her Executive Master of Business Administration from UiTM, Shah Alam. Her experience as a town planner includes an early stint as an Assistant Town Planner with the Melbourne City Council (MCC). Mazrina’s professional experience has enabled her to work closely with esteemed clients such as Sime Darby Bhd, Perbadanan Putrajaya, East Coast Economic Region Development Council and Hong Leong Properties Berhad. Today, she is a key member of the KWA Planners team and has taken on the role of Director alongside Mohd Pauzi Ab. Razak and Yusri Effendi Md. Yunus.

Yusri Effendi has been a director with KWA Planners since 2006. A graduate of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) has been actively involved in a plethora of town planning projects, including playing the role of town planner for the preparation of development plans (Structure, Plan & Local Plan) for Jabatan Perancang Bandar & Desa Semenanjung and township master plan for private developers. He specialises in tourism planning and development and has been involved in formulating tourism related masterplan.
